Swedish:

This traditional full body massage relieves muscle tension, increases circulation, and calms the nervous system leaving you totally relaxed and refreshed. One hour $85

Deep Tissue:

This is an invigorating full body massage that works exclusively on specific areas of tension. Slow, deep therapeutic strokes help break up lactic acid and release built up of toxins. One hour $95

Sports:

A massage using deeper pressure to break up scar tissue and adhesions on muscles and tendons while bringing fresh oxygenated blood into muscles to help with recovery and stretching to increase flexibility and mobility of muscles and joints. One hour $100

Cellu-Reduce:

Effective and aggressive approach to reducing cellulite; through deep tissue manipulation these unsightly pockets of fat can be broken down. One Hour $110

Hot Stones:

The ultimate form of relaxation! Helps increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and bring about overall balance. Warmed volcanic stones are strategically placed on key energy points and used throughout the massage to reduce tension.
One hour $115

Thai Massage (new!):

Thai yoga massage is an energizing and rigorous form of massage. Our massage therapist uses her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work! Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are used during treatment. We are sure you'll enjoy this intuitive, relaxing and energizing massage experience. $105

All massages are one hour long, for additional time add $20 per half hour.
